to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and public utility purposes a
and more particularly described as follows:
be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

The Southerly 53.00 feet of lot 22 of Anaheim Extension
as shown on a map of Survey made by William riamel, a
copy of which is shown in Book 3 pages 163 to 16/4
inclusive of Los An ;eles County Mas records of Orange
County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of said land conveyed
to the California Central Railway Company by deed
recorded August 19, 1819, filed in Book 593, page 109
of Deeds, Records of Los An eles County, California.
SUBJECT TO covenants, conditions, reservations,
restrictions, easements and rights of way of record.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1,00).
