A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A BILL OF
SALE TO ROBERT J. BARLETTA AND BRUCE COOK
TRANSFERRING TO THEM PERSONAL PROPERTY PURCHASED
FROM THE CITY.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit: on or about the 1st day
of July, 1956, the City of Anaheim,as Contracting Agent, did
make and enter into an agreement with Robert J. Barletta and
Bruce Cook, wherein and whereby it agreed to sell and convey
to them certain personal property owned by the Cities of Anaheim,
Fullerton, Orange and Buena Park, and the Sanitary Districts of
Garden Grove, Placentia and La Habra for the sum of $15,101.1L,
which personal property is more particularly described in
"Exhibit A" attached to said Agreement, a copy of which is hereby
attached and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, said purchase price has been paid in full
and a bill of sale should be made, executed and delivered to
said Robert J. Barletta and Bruce Cook conveying and transferring
the title to said personal property to them;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Anaheim be, and they are hereby authorized to make,
execute and deliver on behalf of the City of Anaheim, as such
Contracting Agent, a bill of sale conveying and transferring
to Robert J. Barletta and Bruce Cook all of the personal pro-
perty and equipment described in'txhibit A" attached to said
Agreement hereinabove mentioned and referred to in accordance
with the terms of said Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 1st day of March, 1960.
