A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM PETITIONING THE CITY OF BUENA PARK
FOR ITS CONSENT TO THE CORRECTION OR RELOCATION
OF A CERTAIN BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND THE CITY OF BUENA PARK; DESCRIBING
THE PARCEL OF PROPERTY AFFECTED; AND DESCRIBING
THE PROPOSED NEW BOUNDARY LINE.
WHEREAS, there is an overlap of the boundaries of
the City of Anaheim and the City of Buena Park so that a
certain parcel of land as hereinafter described is, accord-
ing to the established boundary lines of the City of Anaheim
and the City of Buena Park, contained within the boundaries
of both the City of Anaheim and the City of Buena Park; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Anaheim,
with the consent and approval of the City of Buena Park, to
correct or relocate its boundary line so as to exclude the
overlapping area and make the relocated or corrected boundary
line of the City of Anaheim coincide with the existing
boundary line of the City of Buena Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby petition the City
of Buena Park for its consent to correct or relocate the
boundary line of the City of Anaheim by excluding the parcel
of property hereinafter described and establishing the
boundary of the city as hereinafter described:
Description of parcel of property affected:
Beginning at a point 400 feet Southwesterly from
the Southwest right of way line of Manchester
Avenue, as measured at right angles thereto,
said Southwest right of way line being located
as shown and described in the said Houston
Avenue Annexation, said point of beginning also
being in a line parallel with and 20 feet East
of the West line of the NE* of Section 1,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian; thence
North along said parallel line to a point, said
point being distant 55 feet from the South-
westerly right of way line of said Manchester
Avenue, as measured on a bearing of N. 80° 41
East; thence
North 80° 41 50" East to a point in a line
parallel with and 30 feet East of said West
line of the NEi of Section 1; thence
South along the last mentioned parallel line to
a point 400 feet Southwesterly from said South-
west right of way line of Manchester Avenue
as measured at right angles thereto; thence
Northeasterly along a line parallel with said
Southwesterly right of way line of Manchester
Avenue and 400 feet perpendicular thereto to
the point of beginning.

Southwest right of way line being located as

tion to the City of Anaheim, said point of be-
ginning also being in a line parallel with and

Section 1, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, said point of
beginning also being in the existing city limits
line of the City of Anaheim and in the existing
city limits line of the City of Buena Park;
Thence North along said line parallel with and
30 feet East of the West line of said NE*, being
along the existing city limits line of the City
of Buena Park to a point which is 55 feet from
the Southwesterly right of way line of said Man-
chester Avenue, as measured on a bearing of
N. 80° 41 50" East, said point being in the
existing city limits line of the City of Anaheim
and in the existing city limits line of the City
of Buena Park.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 1st day of March, 1960.
