A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utilit our•oses and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to City: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DART DEVELOPMENT CO., INC.,

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes 9
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 60.00 feet
of that portion of the SWI of the SEj of Section
22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino
Base Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said SE of
Section 22; thence Northerly along the Westerly
line of said SEg a distance of 677.00 feet; thence
Easterly along a line parallel with the South line
of the SEe of said Section 22 a distance of 573.51
feet; thence S. 0 16! 30" Nast 675.11 feet to the
South line of said SE4; thence Westerly along the
South line of the SE-j- of said Section 22 to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 450.00 feet.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion lying North
of a line parallel with and 310.00 feet North
of the South Line of the SE- of said Section 22.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1,00),
