1960-5816A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
RESOLUTION NO. 5816
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utilit •ur•oses and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City;: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of JOHN JOSE H KUNNY and JOSEPHINE B.
KUNNY husband and wile and JOHN ANDREW KUNNY a sin;: 1
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes fl
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 23.00 feet of that parcel
of land being a portion of Lot 25 of Anaheim Extension
as shown on a map by William Hamel, Records of Los
Angeles, County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot One of Tract
1245, as shown on a map filed in Book 43, Page 27,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California;
thence S. 74 26' 00" West a distance of 159.00 feet to
the East line of Los Angeles Street, as shown on said
map; thence N. 15 32' 15" West 67.00 feet; thence N.
740 28' 00" East a distance of 159.00 feet; thence S.
150 32' 15" East a distance of 67.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1,00),
