A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES,.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sanitary sewer
purposes and
WHEREAS,, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to t1e City;: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of H. K. WILSQN. a widower,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the f oly wing described real property
situated in the Cit y of Anaheim Count of Orange, State of California,
to be used for n asement for sanitary sewer purposes
and more particularly described as follows
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over that
portion of the East half of the Southwest quarter
of the Northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, within a strip of land 10 feet in width, the
center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of Lot 87
of Tract No. 2082 as per map recorded in Book 65,
pages 32 and 33 of said Miscellaneous Maps, distant
Westerly thereon 16.13 feet from the Southeast
corner of said Lot 87; thence Southerly parallel with
the Easterly line of said Lot 87, 15 feet; thence
Easterly parallel with the Southerly line of said
Lot 87, 30.92 feet to a line parallel with and 5.00 feet
Westerly, measured at right angles, to the Westerly line
of Lot 29 of Tract No. 3095 as per map recorded in Book
122, pages 24 and 25 of said Miscellaneous Maps; thence
Southerly along said parallel line 85 feet to the Northerly
line of Glenoaks Avenue as shown on map of said Tract No. 3095;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar (1,00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by se this
