OF ANAhEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PU?3LIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
RESOLUTION NO. 5799
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purshasi.ng the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and ublis utility purposes_
and
WHEREAS, the owner of. said property has to sell
and convey the same to the CT"tyy and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of SOUTHERN COUNTIES GAS COMPANY OF
CALIFORNIA
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an _easement for road and public utility urnoses

under and across that parcel of land described as
follows:
The East 53 feet of the East half of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northeast. Quarter of Section 26, Township
L South, Range 1 0 West, S.B.B. N in the County of
Orange, State of California, as said section is shown
on a map recorded in Book 51, Page 10, Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said Counter.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1,00),
