A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the Ciy; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of MOTHER COLONY BUILDINGS INC

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for pub c. ti gur
and more particular_y described as follows:

An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 5.00 feet of that parcel of
land described as follows:
Lot 3 of Tract No. 3313, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 107, pages 34 to 37 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the parcel of land more parti-
cularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Northeasterly corner of said
Lot 3; thence South 150 28 50" East along the
Easterly line of said Lot 3, 138.06 feet to a point;
thence North 89 43' 47" West 332.41 feet to a
point on a curve having a radius of 2053.00 feet,.
said curve being also the Easterly line of Los Angeles
Street (a radial line through said point bears North
78° 00' 19" East); thence Northwesterly along said
curve and said Easterly line through a central angle
of 1 37t 27" and an arc distance of 58.20 feet to
the Northerly line of said Lot 3; thence North
76° 22 52" East along said Northerly line 317.39

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 01,00)0
