A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAhEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of pur ohasi.ng the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for an easement for road and ublic
utilit •ur•oses and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to sell
and oonvey the same to the CITY; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of LOUIS G. VANDER BOOM and MARY

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for W described 1 utility purposes
and more particiu ar y escribe as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 60.00 feet of that parcel
of land, being a portion of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 19, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section 19,
South 0 12' 33" East 998.34 feet from the Northeast
Corner thereof, thence South 0 12' 33" East 110.00 feet
to an angle point on the boundary of Tract Number 2273,
as shown on a map filed in Book 63, Page 27 of miscellaneous
maps, records of Orange County, California, thence South
89 47' 27" West a distance of 180.00 feet along said
boundary line to an angle point thereon North 0 12' 33"
West 105.00 feet along said boundary line, and along the
boundary line of Tract No. 2473, as shown on a map filed
in Book 72, Page 27 of miscellaneous maps, records of
Orange County, California; thence North 89° 47' 27" East
a distance of 5.01 feet and North 0° 12' 33" West 5.00
feet and along the last mentioned boundary, thence North
89° 4 7' 27" East, a distance of 175.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
26th day of January 1960
