A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAhEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of pu.rohasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the C ti yy and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of HEPSIE A. HEULER a widow,

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easexce,�t for road and uublic utility rp

Beginning at the Northwest corner of the land conveyed
to Louis Rader Peterson and wife by deed recorded in
Book ]402, Page 3L of Official Records of Orange County
California; thence Easterly along the North line of said
Peterson land 29,68 feet to a point in a curve concave
Northwesterly and having a radius of 50.00 feet, the
tangent to said curve makes an angle of 84° 151 23" in
the Southwest quandrant from said Northerly line; thence
Southwesterly along said curve through a central angle
of 59 53' 32", an are distance of 52.27 feet to a
point in the Westerly line of said Peterson land,
distant Southerly 4.0.55 feet from the point of beginning;
thence Northerly along said West line to the point of
beginning.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 41.00),
