1960-5768WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on October 27, 1959, adopt Resolution No.
5569 in reclassification proceedings No. F- 59- 60 -28, upon
application from Monterey Manor, Inc. for a change of zone of
certain real property described in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an error was made
in the description of Parcel No. 1 of said real property, and
that Resolution No. 5569 should, therefore, be amended and said
description corrected; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5569 in reclassification
proceedings No. F- 59 -60 -28 be, and the same is hereby, amended by
correcting the description of Parcel No. 1 of the real property
described therein to read as follows:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 5569 be, and remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the
City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish
the object herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of January, 1960.

of California, as said Southeast quarter of
Section 27 is indicated on a Record of Survey
map filed in Book 20 page 28 of Records of
Surveys of said County.
