A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAhEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit An easement for road and public utility purposes

The Southerly 45.00 feet of the Easterly 159.00
feet of the South half of the Southwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of Section 14, Township L South, Range 11 West,
San Bernardino Base Meridian.

WHEREAS, the owners of, said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the C ti y; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it ls for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT D. NOORE, JR. and JOYCE E.
MOORS husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and ablic utility purposes
and more parties'r1y described as fo o
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 41,00),
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
5th day of January 1960
