A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the CITY; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA DISTRICT
ADVISORY BOARD a Cor oration
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and�ublic utilit y_purpose s

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 32.00 feet of that portion of Lot 14
of Helen and Lynch's Subdivision as shown on a map recorded
in Book 411.2, Page 158 of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the
Easterly prolongation of the North Line of Tract No. 2381, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 69, pages 15 to 17,
inclusive, Miscellaneous Naps, records of said Orange County,
with the center line of Loara Street, as shown on said map;
thence North 0 13' 30" West along said center line 166.35
feet to the true point of beginning of the boundary of the
land herein described; thence South 890 16' 04" West parallel
with said North Line,, 385.22 feet to the Northerly prolongation
of the West line of Lots 51 to 58 inclusive of said TractJ,ro.
2381; thence North 00 18' 00" West along said Northerly pro-
longation 175.00 feet more or less, to the South line of the
land conveyed to Donald R. Dickensen and wife, by deed recorded
October 16, 1946, In Book 11 Page 425, Official Records;
thence Easterly along Southerly line of said land, 385.5 feet
to the center line of Loara Street; thence South 0 13' 30"
East along said center line, 175.00 feet to the true point of
beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 41.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
