1960-6164RESOLUTION NO. 6164 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHELM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6090 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F -59 -60 -103. WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on June 21, 1960, adopt Resolution No. 6090 in Reclassification Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -103, finding and determining that the property and area described in said resolution should be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL and C -3, HEAVY-COI`' !'iERCIAL ZONES, as more particularly set forth in said resolution, and subject to certain conditions set forth therein; and WHEREAS, Condition No. 5 of Resolution No. 6090 reads as follows: "5. That landscaping be provided and maintained for a depth of 10 feet along Broadway, and for a depth of 6 feet along Brookhurst Street." AND WHEREAS, a representative of the owner of subject property has requested that Condition No. 5 of said resolution be amended to provide that the property be landscaped in accordance with revised landscaping plans presented to the City Council dated July 26, 1960; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said request should be granted and Condition No. 5 amended to provide for the landscaping of subject property in accordance with said revised plans dated July 26, 1960; and WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zones and completing said proceedings; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6090 in Reclassi- fication Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -103 be amended by amending Condition No. 5 thereof to read as follows: 5. That subject property be landscaped in accordance with the revised plans dated July 26, 1960, marked 'Exhibit A,' signed by Cyrus J. Doherty, Jr. and Morgan Adams, Jr. and on file with the City of Anaheim; and that the planting and improvements be done under the supervision and in accordance with the specifications of the Parkway Maintenance Department of the City of Anaheim." BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said Resolution No. 6090 be and remain in full force and effect. -1- F -59 -60 -103 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the object herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
