A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIP, GRANTING AN OIL DRILLING PER[v:IT TO

ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF .1-',
W=EAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
receive an. application from Charles E. Cather, et al, 2292 Lon
Beach. Boulevard, Long Beach 6, California, for an oil drillino
permit to redrill and complete a well for the production of oil
on the following descrihed property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to wit:
Co'Llilencing at an old 2 x ).1.. post in the ldest line
of Lot )1.2 of Hazard's Subdivision, as per map
thereof filed in. Rook 1, Paoe 26 of Licensed
Surveyor's 1,3.ps, Records of can County,
California, said point beino North. 3 degrees
351' Lest 256.67 feet. frop the Southwest corner
of said Lot )12.; thence Fast, parallel to and
distant 256.07.! feet north of the south line ef
said lot 1269 feet to an intersection with_
the westerly line of the Santa Fe Railway Companyts

AND IPHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public
hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said
application on July 12, 1960, notice of which said public
hearing was duly given. as required by law and the provisions
of Chapter 3, Article TX of the Annheit i Code;

consideration. of all of the evidence and reports offered at said
hear7ne, that said oil drill.ina permit should he branted upon,

THEREFORT, .BE TT RESOTATEL by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim_ that an all drillinn permeit be, and the
same is hereby (7:1anted to Charles Cather, et al, to redrill
and complete a well for the production of oil on the property
h.ereinbefre described, subject to the following conditions:

1. That all of the requirements of the oil
drillinq ordinance of the City of Anaheio
shall be waiveC except as to the provisions
for a permit fee.
That all of thespecial requirements of the
Stateof DivisiorLof Gas,
shall be met promptly the applicant.
That Charles Cather, et'al shall .carry
and ;-eep in effect at all times Public
Liability and Property DamaGe insurance in
the fallowinc amounts:
The City Council hereby reserves the richt to revo'.ie
such oil drillinc permit fc:r (jcod cause or failure of the
perm.itte to comply with all of the re!:ulations, conditions
and requirements mentioned herein.
