A RESOLUTION OF THE -CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHE -IF AlEND ING RESOLUTION NO.
6064-GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 1-21 -7, BY
CORRECTING A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN
CONDITION NO. 6 THEREOF.—
WHEREAS, heretofore, tc wit, on the 7th day of June,
1960, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 6064 granting
Variance No. 1217; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 6 of said resolution reads
as follows:
"u. That the owners of subject property pay to -the
City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot
along aest Street, Katella Avenue and Walnut
Street-for street widening pu-rpds €s."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a typo-
graphical error was made in said Condition No. 6, and that
the word "widening" in the last line of said condition should
be changed to read "lighting
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheirr: that Resolution No. 6064 granting
Variance No. 1217 be and the same is hereby amended by
correcting Condition No. 6 thereof to read as fellows:
"6. That the owners of subject property pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot
along West Street, Ka.tella Avenue and Walnut
Street far street lighting purposes."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 6061; be and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Resolution No. 6130 on the 5th day of July,
1960.
