A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 5769 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. F- 59- 60 -59.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did heretofore, to wit, on January 19, 1960 adopt Resolution
No. 5769 in Reclassification Proceedings No. F- 59 -60 -59
finding and determining that the property and area therein
described should be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICUL-
TURAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHI3ORHOOD- COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to
certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a typograph-
ical error was made in the description of said real property
in Resolution No. 5769, and that said resolution should,
therefore, be amended and said description corrected; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change
of zone and completing said reclassification proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5769 in Reclas-
sification Proceedings No. F- 59 -60 -59 be, and the same is
hereby amended by correcting the description of the real
property described therein to read as follows:
That portion of Lot 35 of Anaheim Extension
in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map of
survey made by William Hamel and filed for
record in the Office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, California, and being
the Southerly 51. acres of the following des-
cribed tract:
Commencing at a stake marked "W.N.H." and
"N.C.K." on the South line of Section 9, in
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, the same being the Southwest
corner of a twenty acre tract of land sold by
D.W.C. Cowan to Dr. Wm.. N. Hardin, by deed
recorded in Book 3Lr, at page 457, of Deeds,
records of Los Angeles County, C
running thence North 1021;_ feet, more or less,
to an old corner post marked "H.C.K. thence
East 363.7 feet; thence South 102.4 feet, more
or less, to the South line of said Section 9;
thence ?,test 363.7 feet to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 5769 be and remain in full force and
effect.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit
to the City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal
Code to accomplish the object herein found and determined to
be necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 5th day of July, 1960.
