1960-6110RESOLUTION NO. 6110 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A CHANGE OF ZONE IS NECESSARY IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY, AND THAT ARTICLE IX, CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE SHOULD BE AMENDED TO ACCOMPLISH SAID CHANGE OF ZONE, WHEREAS the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has heretofore duly pass =d and adopted a resolution declar- ing its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentio ed and described and did fix time and place for the holding of a public hearing thereon in th manner and as prescribed in Article. IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and did duly hold and conduct such public hearing to consider said proposed change of zone or zone., and did receive evidence and reports from persons interested tht- rein and WHEREAS, withi a period of forty (14.0) days following the final hearing thereo;a, the Planning C did duly announce by formal resolution its findings of fact: and dcclarc: it opinions and reaso:• s for recd =ending an amen e t t said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to effect the proposed changes in the boundaries of the zone hereinafter mentioned and described; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of the r -:port and recommendation of the City Planning Comnnission the City Council did thereupon fix the 28th day of June 1960 s the time and the Counarnaber in that Ts, 1 of th of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said propos d change of zone and did give notice thereof i the manner .nd as provided in said Article IX Chapter 2 of th Anaheim Municipal Cod: and WHEREAS at the time and place fixed for said public hear= ing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all persons int: .rested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and report: and did thereupon con- sider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS the City Council does find and determine that the property and area proposed to be changed from the zone in which it is now situated to a different zone, as hereinafter set forth, is more suitable for the zone or zones to which it is proposed to change said property and area and that the i?clusion of said prop= erty and area in such new zone or zones will increase the value of said property and area and will not depr; -ciate the values of prop- erty in adjoining zones. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange State of California, described as follows: to wit: -1- Gi. Lots 48 to 59, both inclusive, of Tract No. 1591 as per map recorded in Book 54, Pages 36 to 39, both inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; F -59 -60 -111 be changed from R -1 !NE -F NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE conditions: ATTEST: D upon the o owing 1. That subject property be developed substantially in accord- ance with the plans presented to the City Council and on file with the City of Anaheim, with the following additions: (a) Four access (ingress and egress) drives only between Crescent Avenue and Westmont Drive. (b) That an area 6 feet in width, along Euclid Avenue, be landscaped and said landscaping maintained, and an area 2 feet in width.,along both. Crescent Avenue and Westmont Drive, be landscaped and said landscaping maintained. 2. That the owner of subject property deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 46 feet in width from the center line of the street along Euclid Avenue, and a strip of land 32 feet in width from the center line of the street, along Crescent Avenue, for street widening purposes. 3. That the owner of subject property pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes. 4. That the owner of subject property place of record standard City of Anaheim C -1 Deed Restrictions, ap- proved by the City Attorney, which restrictions shall limit the uses of the property to business and profes- sional offices only. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City Council an amendment to Article IX Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the object herein found and determined to be necessary and proper, THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 28th day of June 19 60 0 CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM -2- STATE OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OF ORANGE CITY OF ANAHEIM (SEAL) ss.
