RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION
2107.5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed
between the State of California and the City of Anaheim
for the expenditure of the engineering allocation to
cities; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said
agreement in full and is familiar with the contents
thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that said budget proposal
be and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed
expenditures of the engineering allocation to cities,
and said budget proposal be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor and /or the City Clerk are directed
to sign the same on behalf of said City, said budget
proposal to be binding upon the City upon its approval
by the authorized officials of the State.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this list day of June, 1960.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the-City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Resolution No. 6096 on the 21st day of „Tune,
