1960-6055RESOLUTION N0. 6055 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes and WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to sell and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of DUDLEY B. FRANK and MARGARET R. FRANK, husband and wife, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for road and public utility Purposes and more particularly described as follows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that parcel of ;and, being a portion of Section 17, Township Z South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of said Section 17, said point of beginning also being the centerline intersection of Euclid Avenue and Orange Avenue; thence, Southerly along the centerline of Euclid Avenue a distance of 1113.82 feet; thence, Westerly parallel with the North line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 17, to the intersection of a line parallel with and 53.00 feet Westerly of the East line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 17; thence, Northerly along the last mentioned parallel line a distance of 366.41 feet, more or less, to the beginning of a curve, concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence, Northerly and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 90 311 35" an arc distance of 23.70 feet to a line parallel with and 32.00 feet Southerly of the North line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 17; thence, Westerly along the last mentioned parallel line a distance of 331.26 feet to the East line of Tract No. 3672, as shown on a map filed in Book 129, Page 5 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence, Northerly to the North line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 17; thence, Easterly along the Northerly line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 17 to the point of beginning; be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said property. ml BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
