A RESOLUTION CF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 6042
IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F-59-
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore on this date,
to wit, May 31, 1960, adopt Resolution No. 60!j2 in reclassifi-
cation proceedings No. F-59-60-95, upon application from
G. Howard Robertshaw for a change of zone, finding and deter-
mining that the property and area described in said resolution
should be changed from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE to
C-3, HEAVY COMMERCLAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set
forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that through
inadvertence or oversight, certain conditions or requirements
were omitted from Resolution No. 6042 and that said resolution
should, therefore, be rescinded and said application for
reclassification reconsidered;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6042 in reclassifi-
cation proceedings No. F-59-60-95, adopted Fay 31, 1960, be
and the same is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is sinned and approved
