1960-6032A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED
QUITCLAIMING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real prop-
erty for municipal purposes, to wit: a right of way for
public utility, sewer line, street widening and storm drain
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept a Quitclaim Deed for said real
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEIM SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corporation, to quitclaim to the
City of Anaheim the following described real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
The Southerly 11 feet of Lot 6 of the
Gresswell Subdivision, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 6, Page 117 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
Quitclaim Deed for said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to
the owner of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved
by me this 24th day of May, 1960.

Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 24th day of May,

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Coons
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the Gity of Anaheim
approved and signed said Resolution No. 6032 on the 24th day of
May, 1960.
