A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of BONOBEST DEVELOPMENT CORP.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1: The Westerly 60.00 feet of the North half of the SW* of
the SE4 of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian.
PARCEL 2: Beginning at the NW corner of the South 160.00 feet of
the NW4 of the SE4 of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian; thence, S. 89° 38' 14" E., a
distance of 1040.31 feet; thence, S. 0° 42 47" E., a distance of
11.00 feet; thence, N. 89° 38' 14" W. 706.33 feet to the beginning
of a curve concave Northerly and having a radius of 332.00 feet;
thence, Westerly along said curve through a central angle of
9° 22 01" an arc distance of 54.28 feet to a reverse curve concave
Southerly and having a radius of 268 feet; thence, Westerly along said
reverse curve through a central angle of 9° 22 01" an are distance of
43.81 feet; thence, N. 89° 38 14" W., a distance of 160.00 feet to a
point, said point being the beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly
and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence, Westerly and Southerly along
said curve through a central angle of 91° 04= 33 an are distance of
23.84 feet to a point in a line parallel with and 60.00 feet East of
the West line of the NW4 of the SE4 of said Section 27; thence,
Southerly along the last mentioned parallel line to the South line of
the South half of the NW4 of the SE* of said Section 27; thence,
Westerly along the South line of the Si of the NW4 of the SE4 of said
Section 27, to the jest line of the NVJ4 of the SE4 of said Section 27;
thence, Northerly along the West line of the NW4 of the SE4 of said
Section 27, to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
