1960-6026WHEREAS, Emil P. Verheyden, having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a 9-unit apart-
ment building from 200 North Clementine Street, Anaheim,
California, tn 1215 West Diamond Street, Anaheim, California;

WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 24th day of May, 1960, at the hour of 7:00 o'clock
P.M. and notice of the time and place fixed for said public
hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing within
a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which it is
proposed to move said apartment building or structure, at least
ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names
of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment
roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly con-
sidered said application, together with all evidence and reports
submitted in connection therewith, does find that said appl ica-
tion should be granted subject to compliance with the Anaheim
Municipal Code R-3 Zone requirements relating to garages;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of Emil R. Verheyden
for a house moving permit to move a 9-unit apartment building
from 200 North Clementine Street, Anaheim, California, to
1215 West Diamond Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the same
is hereby, granted, subject to compliance with the Anaheim
Municipal Code R-3 Zone requirements relating to garages, and
further subject to compliance with all of the provisions of
Article VIII, Chapter 5 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating
to the moving of buildings from a point within the City of
Anaheim onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of May, 1960.
