1960-6015WHEREAS, Stephen Gallagher, having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a -unit apart-
ment building from 216 North Clementine Street, Anaheim,
California, to 204 South Philadelphia Street, Anaheim,
'California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 17th day of May, 1960, at the hour of 7 :00 o'clock
F.N. and notice of the time and place fixed for said public hear-
ing having been given by mail to all persons residing within a
radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which it is
prdposed to move said apartment building or structure, at
least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the
names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assess
ment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that said
application should be granted subject to compliance with the
present R -3 zoning regulations of the City of Anaheim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Stephen Gallagher
for a house moving permit to move a 4-unit apartment building
from 216 North Clementine Street, Anaheim, California, to 20L
South Philadelphia Street, Anaheim, California., be, and the
same is hereby, granted, subject to compliance with the present
R -3 zoning regulations of the City of Anaheim, and further sub-
ject to compliance with all of the provisions of Article VIII,
Chapter 5 of the Anaheim Eunicipal Code, relating to the moving
of buildings from a point within the City of Anaheim onto a lot
within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of Nay, 1960.
