A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the•hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha.s offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CRENSHAW BUILDING CCRF ORATION,
a Corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for road and ubli c utility purposes
and more particularly descr as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land, being a portion of Section
24, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of said Section 24, thence Easterly along
the South line of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
said Section 24., a distance of 698.81 feet; thence N. 30° 52' 00"
East to a point in a line parallel with and 32.00 feet Northerly
of the South line of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of said Section 24; thence Westerly along the last mentioned parallel
line a distance of 6L9.)47 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
Northeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Westerly
and Northerly along said curve through a central angle of89° 50' 31"
an arc distance of 23.50 feet to a point in a line parallel with
and 53.00 feet Easterly of the West line of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of said Section 2L; thence Northerly along
the last mentioned parallel line a distance of 610.04 feet; thence
Westerly to the West line of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 24; thence Southerly along the West line of
the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 24,
to the point of beginning;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of this City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 41,00),
THE FQREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
