A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILI'2Y
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property*
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ALFRED J. VIICENZ AND VERDA V.
VINCENZ husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for A easement for road and Public utility purposes
and more particu described as follows:
The Westerly 45.00 feet of the Southerly 165.41
feet of the Northerly 493.41 feet of the North
half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South, Range
11 West, San Bernardino Base Meridian.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of this City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar 41,00),
