A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR. AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER, DRAJ AGE, AND
WUTFR PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer. drainage. and
water Purposes s. and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to tre City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of TERRA CASA DEVELOPMENT CO.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for sewer, drainage,t.nd water purposes
and more particularly described as f ollows:
The West 5.00 feet of Lot 16, and the Last 5.00 feet
of Lot 17 of Tract ldo. 3439,as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 128, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property,

BE IT ruiTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is herebyp authorized to pay to the owners
of said real propertyp out of General Funds of the City of Anaheimp
the sum of One Dollar ($1000)0
