A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM: GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO FRANK STUECKLE TO MOVE A DWELLING
FROM 533 WEST CENTER STREET, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA, TO 115 STUECKLE AVENUE,
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Frank Stueckle having filed a written appli-
cation for a house moving permit to move an apartment building
from 533 West Center Street, Anaheim, California, to 115
Stueckle Avenue, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been setfor public
hearing on the 12th day of April, 1960, at the hour of 7 :00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said apartment house,
building or structure, at least ten days prior to the date
fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared
upon the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard and action thereon having been de-
ferred to this date to allow further investigation and con-
sideration of the matter of said house moving permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council having duly considered said
application for a house moving permit, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said permit should be granted, subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
1. That the sidewalks and curbs at 115 Stueckle
Avenue shall be repaired as required by the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent
of Streets of the City of Anaheim.
2. That certain of the trees located on the
property at 115 Stueckle Avenue shall be
removed as designated and directed by the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent
of Streets.
3. That the property at 115 Stueckle Avenue
shall be developed in accordance with the
sketch or drawing, indicating the location
at which the building is to be placed,
dated April 26, 1960, signed by Frank J.
Stueckle, and on file with the City of
Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of Frank Stueckle
for a house moving permit to move an apartment building from
533 West Center Street, Anaheim, California, to 115 Stueckle
Avenue, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby,
granted subject to the conditions hereinabove set'orth and
further subject to compliance with all of the provisions of
Article VIII, Chapter 5 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, relat-
ing to the moving of buildings from a point within the City
of Anaheim to a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 26th day of April, 1960.
