A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR. AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and iiuhlia
utilit •ur.oses and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to Ire City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of NICHOLAS J. DoVAr.TS and
LILLIAN DOVALIS husband and wi fe,
to sell to the C ity of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for ark easement for road an Dublin utility p,1rpnr:P q 9
and more particularly described as follows:
The Easterly 53.00 feet of the ivortherly 265.5
feet of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 22,
Township L South, Range 11 West, S. B. B. 14.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
