A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes s and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tie` City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DONALD N. RUNYON and JUNE F.
RUNYON husband and wife
to sell to the ity of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for e sement for road an public utility purposes
and more particu described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across, the Westerly 53.00 feet of that
portion of Lot A of Tract ivo. 25, as shown on a map
filed in Book 9, page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Magnolia
Avenue, as shown on said Tract ivo. 25, said point being
725.94 feet Northerly from the intersection of said
center line with the center line of Orange Street, as
shown on said map; thence South 8901' 30" East, a
distance of 195.00 feet; thence South 7 49' 52" East
86.59 feet; thence South 800 57' 37" West 210.02 feet;
thence North 0° 17' 25" East, a distance 119.33 feet
to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim
the sum of One Dollar ($1000)0
