A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC; TTTTL TY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and Public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to Ire City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of MATTIE WELSH BOSTICK. a married

to sell to the ity of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and Public utility Purposes a
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southwest corner of the
Northwest quarter of Section 26, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base a Meridian; said
point being the intersection of the centerlines of
raster Street and Orangewood Avenue; thence North
00 41r 27" West along the centerline of Raster Street,
a distance of 59.89 feet; thence North 890 15' 33" East
30.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing Easterly along the last mentioned bearing
a distance of 15.00 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave Northeasterly having a radius of 15.00 feet;
thence Southerly and Easterly along said curve through
a central angle of 88 56' 33 an arc distance of 23.84
feet; thence South 0° 22' 00" West 25.00 feet; thence
North 89 38' 00" West 30.00 feet; thence North 0 41' 27"
West to the true point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of April 1960
