A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PTJRNOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and Public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tie City: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of WRrvNEJH K_ KTMr;S and

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,

and more particularl described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the outherly 60 feet of that parcel
of land being a portion of the Southeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section
22, Township Z{- South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the Southeast corner of the
Southwest quarter of said Section 22, said Southeast
corner being the center line intersection of Ka.tella
Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, thence South 890 54' 25"
West a distance of 452.88 feet to the true point of
beginning, thence continuing along the center line
of said Katells .:•venue, South 89 54' 25" West, 107.88
feet, thence worth 0 14' 18" West 250.26 feet, thence
North 690 5' 59" East 107.87 feet, thence South
0 14' 30" East 250.24 feet to the true point of
beginning.

of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
