A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAhEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,. the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and p ut ility purp
and
WHEREAS, the owner_ of said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the CITY; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
WILLIAM E. FLING TERREL LAYNE RICHARDSON, BILLY JOE
(WILLIAM HANCOCK), ALTON L. SPIELLMAN AND MAX HARRIS,
as Trustees for WEST ANAHEIM CHURCH OF CHRIST, a religious
organization,
The Northerly 57.00 feet of the Northeast quarter
of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 11., Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
San Bernardino Base Meridian.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 447.00 feet
thereof.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of April 9 1960
