A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR RO AND PUBLIC UTILI'I
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes a; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to tie` City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of FANCO CORPORATION, EL SEGUNDO
LEASING CORPORATION, AND CRENS.!-iAW LEASING CORPORATION,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes 9
and more particularly described as follows:
The Southerly 53.00 feet of the Westerly
179.97 feet of Lot 19 of Anaheim Extension,
as shown on a map of Survey made by William
Hamel and filed in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California,
a copy of which is filed in Book 3, Page 163,
et seq., entitled Los Angeles County Maps,
Records of Orange County, California;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar (1,00)0
