A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM. GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
GLEN E. TANGEHAN TO HOVE A DWELLING FROM 216
NORTH CLEMENTINE STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA,
TO 650 NORTH LEMON STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Glen E. Tangeman, having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 216 North Clementine Street, Anaheim, California to 850
North Lemon Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 12th day of April, 1960, at the hour of 7 :00
otclock P.N., and notice of the tirre and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to .move said dwelling house, building
or structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that said
application should be granted subject to the condition that the
applicant repair and replace the sidewalks as required by the
Director of Public iiiorks and Superintendent of Streets of the
City of Anaheim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of Glen 1'. Tangeman
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 216
North Clementine Street, Anaheim, California to 850 North Lemon
Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby granted,
subject to the condition that the applicant repair and replace
the sidewalks as required by the Director of Public Works and
Superintendent of Streets of the City of Anaheim, and further
subject to compliance with all of the provisions of Article
VIII, Chapter 5 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating to the
moving of buildings from a point within the City of Anaheim
onto a lot within the City of Anaheim:.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of April, 1960.
