PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of In heir is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and i
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of GERALD A. McDONALD and VIRGINIA
L. McDONALD, husband and wife, RICHARD EDWARD CARPENTER and
JANE MARIE CARPENTER, TER, husband and wife, HOWARD ROSEMAN FRIESS
and ROSEMARY ELIZABETH FRIESS, husband and wife, JOHN ROGER
WILLIAMS and BETTY ALICE WILLIAMS, husband and wife; and FRI K
T. STILWELL WELL and EVANGELYiv M. STILWELL, husband and wife, ALVIN
F. k ELLESEN and BERNADINE N. NLLLESEN, husband and wife, FRANK
ALIOUS N.LLLE EN and EM A. E. NELLLSEN, husband and wife, and
INEZ C. W OZOz E_K, a widow, to sell to the City of Anaheim
the following; described real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for
an easement for road and public utility purposes and more
particularlj described as follows:

over, under and across that parcel of land,
described as follows:

The Easterly 514.00 feet of the Westerly 177.00
feet of Lot 5 as shown on Record of Survey of
a part of Section 4, Township 1 South, Range
10 West, Sa.n Bernardino Base and Meridian.
Exceptin, therefrom, the Southerly 1L9.91 feet
thereof.
Parcel Two:
An easement for road -nd public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of said Lot 5
being 30.00 feet on each ide of the followin
described line, beginning at a point on the
East line of Tract No. 2270, said point of
beginnine being the intersection of said East
line with the centerline of Glen Drive, as

of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum. of One Dollar (q)1.00).
