A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING J. GRANT DEED CONV E1ING
TO THE C1TL OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOE A PERPETUAn EASEMENT :1\ D RIGHT OF WA
FOR ROAD PURPOSES.
Right -of -Way
W11EREA L, the City Council of the City of is
desirous of purchasing the herein described real property for
municipal puroses, to wit: A perpetual easement and right of
way for road purl oses; and
WFEREA the owner of Laid property hee offered to
seal and convej the same to the City; and
WHEREAL, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer rand purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of O_=r NJE C'J NTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT to sell to the City of I the followin described
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of C li ornia, to be used for a perpetual esement s:nd
riht of way for road purposes, and more particularly described
as follows:
That portion of the southwest quarter of the
northwest quarter of Section Township Y oath,
R•nge 10 West, in the Rancho L: n Juan C< jon de
Santa Ana, city of Anaheim, county of Orange,
state of California:., per map recorded in book 51,
page 10 of Miscell ^neous Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder of said county, described
as follows:
Beginning at the southwest cornr of said north-
west quarter; thence N. c; 50 34" n., 11,u.60
feet alon the south line of said northwest
quarter; thence N. 0 09' 26" W., 29.00 feet to
a line parallel with and northerly 29.00 feet
from said south line; thence S. L9° 5u' 34" J.,
107.09 feet alone; said parallel line to the be-
ginnin= of E tangent curve, concave northessteri
and hsvin radius of 20.00 feet; thence 1ort_i-
westerl; 31.22 feet along said curve through a
central an of E9° 25' 50" to a point of
tangency with a line parallel with and easterly
