A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE
CITY OF l- :NTAHE Ilvf.. AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TWO -HOUR PARKING SIGNS
ON CERTAIN STREETS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED
IN THE CITY OF ANAHEINI.

WHEREAS, Section 2.131 of the California Vehicle
Code provides that local authorities in their respective
jurisdiction shall have authority to place and maintain or
cause to be placed and maintained such traffic signs as may
be neccssary to indicate and to carry out the provisions of
the California Vehicle Code and local traffic ordinances,
or to regulate, warn or guide traffic; and
U1 the City Council does find and determine
tha:t no parking should be permitted at any time on the east
side of Western Avenue, frorr Orange Avenue to approximately
100 feet north of Orange Avenue, and that limited parking
should be est on certain City streets and Portions

of streets, hereinafter (designated, in the vicinity of Vest-
ern High School, in the City o:f Anaheim;
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheirf that it shall be unlawful for any per-
son to park or leave parked any vehicle at any time on the
east side of Western Avenue, from Orange Avenue to approxi-
mately 100 feet north of Orange Avenue, in the City of .Anaheim.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it shall be unlaw-
ful for any person to park. or leave parked any vehicle for
a period longer than two hours on the following City streets
and portion of street, between the hours of t" :00 A. and
3:00 R.L. on 1.onday through Friday of each week, on days
when school is in session:
Vallejo Drive on either side.
Loia Linda Drive on either side.
Lindacita. Lane on either side.
Olinda Lane on either side.
Paso Robles Drive on either side.
Graciosa Lane on either side.
Del 1h Drive on either side.
Western Avenue on the east side, from Del Monte
Drive to approximately 100 feet
north of Orange Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to post immediately
and maintain along said streets and portions of streets appro-
priate signs indicating the above mentioned restrictions on
parking.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
