A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR POLES AND ELECTRIC POWER
LINES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for poles and electric
power lines and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of JOHN F. OTHEARN and CECILIA P.
O'HEARN, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for poles and electric power lines
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for poles and electric power lines
over, under and across, that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Northerly 1L..00 feet of the Southerly )j)).00

half of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real proerty, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar W1.00).
