A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUS UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
pilrpnses and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of JAMES L. PRITCHARD and
2FL,LA E. PRITCHARD. husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 14.00 feet
of the Southerly 44.00 feet of that parcel
of land described as follows:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian.
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the land
described in deed to Ted F. Koblitz and wife
recorded, November 3, 1947, in Book 159b, Page
203 of Official Records; thence South 09 591
15" West along the Southerly line of said
Section 13, a distance of 80.00 feet; thence
N 0 091 30" East parallel with the Westerly
line of said land of Ted F. Koblitz to the
Southerly line of Tract No. 2228, as shown
on a map filed in Book 34 to 37 inclusive of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; thence N 89 591 26" East 80.00
feet along said Southerly line to the Westerly
line of said land of Ted F. Koblitz, thence
South 0° 09' 30" West to the point of
beginning.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said

of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owne-_s
of said resit property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar (41.00).

Base and Meridian.
