2. That the City of Anabeir does hereby ratify all
transactions ade by the County Auditor of Crznor County
1,ade between SepterWer 2, 1960, and the date of
this ordinance, for and on behalf of the City cf
Ana1e ir as the clew-ruing body cf the Orange County
1;ater orics District No. 7 including paycents of
indebtedness made from the funds on deposit with
said Auditor for indebtedness of said Orange County
Tater Worl;s District No. 7 and tl e collection and
deposit
of funds for Oranoe County Hater WorHs
DistTict No. 7 which had coc into his hands since
September 2, 1960.
3. That all indebtedness incurred by Orange County
hater 1 District No. 7, up to and including
September 6, 1960, is assumed as an oblation of
the City of Arahcir for Orange County 1 .ater Vors
Dist-ict No. 7; and the Finance Director of the
Cit of Anahells is hereby authorized and directed
to make payments for said Water Worics District
Po. 7 upon pr:Ter presentation and approval of
claims ay,ainst said Vater Works District No. 7.
k. That the bonded indebtedness of C,renee County Hater
Works District flo. 7 is hereby acli.nowledoed as the
Yoligation of the City Council of the City of Anaheim
to provide for the payi ent of the principal and
interest on such odtstendind bonds as set forth in
the Section 1 :'-.93) of the Iater Code; and in connectin
with such bonded indebtedness, the City Council of
the City of Anaheim Coos hereby appoint the Auditor
of Orange County to act as agent of the City of
I\raheirr for the payment of such outstnding bonds
and interest, subject to appre of t'- fl-,ard of
Supervisors and does hereby authorize the Finance
Director of the City o. neheir to r-JrA.,ard such
funds as may be under her control or such purposes
to the County And a sufficient tile in advance
of each required payment tn .s'e such iayncnt when
due.

Supervisors to transpit the funds on deposit with
the Audit r of Orange County to the City of Anah(ip,
