A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6110 IN RECLASSI-
FICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F -59 -60 -111.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on June 28, 1960 adopt Resolution No. 6110 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -111, finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from
R -1, ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon certain conditions set forth in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, condition No. 4 of Resolution No. 6110
reads as follows:
"4. That the owner of subject property place of
record standard City of Anaheim C -1 Deed
Restrictions, approved by the City Attorney,
which restrictions shall limit the uses of
the property to business and professional offices
only."
AND WHEREAS, a request has been received by the City
Council from the owner of said property asking that said con-
dition No. 4 be amended to permit said property to be used
for banks, building or savings and loan associations and
other lending institutions, insurance agencies, and business
and professional offices, which request the City Council finds
should be granted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been passed directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6110 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -111 be, and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That Condition No. 4 of said Resolution No. 6110
be amended to read:
"4. That the owner of subject property place of
record standard City of Anaheim C -1 Deed
Restrictions, approved by the City Attorney,
which restrictions shall limit the uses of
the property to banks, building or savings
and loan associations and other lending
institutions, insurance agencies, and business
and professional offices only."

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 6110 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 27th day of September, 1960.
