A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEY I1
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL ';CPERTY
FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did heretofore enter
into an escrow with Giacomo Lugaro and Agostina Lugaro,
husband and wife, at California Bark, Anaheim Office, Anaheim,
California, for the purchase of the hereinafter described
real property for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, said California Bank is now ready to
close said escrow and a deed has been prepared conveying said
property to the City of Anaheim free and clear of all encum-
brances, except all general and special taxes for the fiscal
year 1960 -61, P. lien not yet payable; and covenants, condi-
tions, restrictions, reservations, rights, rights -of -way and
easements of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the following
described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the West 16.58 acres of the
Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map re-
corded in Book 51, Page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of
Magnolia Street distant South 00 13' 45" East
1078.01 feet from the intersection of said
Magnolia Street with the center line of Crescent
Avenue as said intersection is shown on a map
of Tract No. 2721, recorded in Book 110, Pages
13 and 14 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California; thence North 88°
561 54" East 153.01 feet; thence North 54° O4 On"
East 145.30 f-et; thence North 00 13' 45"
West 66.90 feet; thence North 88° 56' 54" East
92.00 feet; thence North 66 31 14" East 202.40
feet to a point in the Easterly line of said
West 16.58 acres which is South 00 23 02"
East 85.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said
Tract No. 2721; thence South 00 23 02" East
to the Northwesterly line of the Orange County
Flood Control District right of way as described
in a deed recorded April 1 1960 in Book 5175,
Page 274 of Official Records; thence South
50 07 52" West along said Northwesterly line
to the Southerly line of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of said Section 7; thence
along said South line South 88° 56' 54" West to
said center line of Magnolia Street; thence
North 00 13 45" West 250.00 feet to the point
of beginning
to the City of Anaheim, free and clear of all encumbrances,
except as hereinabove set forth, be, and the same is hereby,
accepted by the City of Anaheim.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said escrow holder he,
and it is hereby, authorized to deliver to said Vendors the
amount of the purchase price for said property heretofore
deposited in escrow, when all conditions of said escrow have
been met and complied with.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 27th day of September, 1960.

I, DENE M. WILLIAMS, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
27th day of September, 1960, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim signed and approved said resolution on the 27th day of
September, 1960.
