A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM GRANTING TO DYKE WATER COMPANY PERMISSION
TO REWORK OR RE —DRILL A WELL LOCATED ON LOT 19
OF TRACT NO. 2400 IN THE CITY OF ANAHIEIM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of t %e City of Anaheim did receive an
application from Dyke Water Company, 11065 Penn Avenue, Garden Grove,
California, for a permit to rerwork or re «drill an existing well located
on Lot 19 of Tract No. 2400 in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said application on September 27, 1960,
at 7:00 p.m„, notice of which public hearing was duly given as required
by law and the provisions of Title 17, Chapter 17616 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds after carefuly study and consideration
of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing that a permit to re. -work
or rewdrill said well should be granted, upon the terms and conditions here..
inafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that a permit be, and the same is hereby granted to Dyke Water
Company, 11065 Penn Avenue, Garden Grove, California, to rework or re.'drill
an existing well located on Lot 19 of Tract No, 2400, in the City of Anaheim,
California, upon the following conditions:
1. That the work of reworking or re..drilling said well
shall proceed with due diligence and be completed
within 30 days from date of commencement.
2. That Dyke Water Company shall notify the Office of
the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim the date the
work of reworking or re- drilling said well
commences.
The City Council hereby reserves the right to revoke such permit
for good cause or failure of said owner, its successors or assigns to comply
with the Anaheim Municipal Code and regulations and the conditions herein.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
27th day of September, 1960.
