1960-6305WHEREAS, it has become necessary to establish an
employment classification in the office of the City Attorney
applicable to persons employed in the City Attorney's office
who are members of the Bar of the State of California but
who have no prior legal experience;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim as follows: there is hereby established
the following employment classification: Deputy City Attorney
(Beginning).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said employment
classification "Deputy City Attorney (Beginning)" be allocated
to Salary and Wage Schedule No. 40, Section 3, Subparagraph
(b) of Resolution No. 6148.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is hereby approved and
signed by me this 26th day of September, 1960.
