REAL PROPERTY FOR PIINICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did nr?toforn enter
into an escrow with T':oraeia-Eulton 1Thildinti Company, a limited
partnership, at California Pank, Anaheim Office, Anaheim,
California, for the exchange of certain parcels of real pro-
perty owned by it for certain parcels of real property owned
by the City of Anaheim; and
WEERLAS, said California Rank is now ready to
close said escrow, and e deed has heen prepared conveying
the hereinafter described real property to the City of Anaheim
free and clear of all encumbrances except conditions, restric-
tions, reservations, covenants, easements, rights and rights
of way of record, if any;
NOW, THEREFORE, 25 IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the decd conveying the following
