said petition on August 1, 1960, notices of which. said public
bearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions
of Section 9200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission, after due
inspection,. investigation and studies made by itself and in-
its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said hear inc, did adopt Resolution No.
Series 1960-1, recommending that Variance No. 1277 be; den id;
