WHEREAS, the City Planninc COMMiSSiOn. Of City
of Anaheim has heretofor duly passd and adopted a rsolution
recommending denial of a change in the boundaries of the zonc
or zones herinafter. mentioned an described, aftr
fixed a time and place for the holding of a ipublic hearing
thereon in. the manner and as prescribed in Articla I, Chaptor
2 of the Anaheim TJunicipal Code, and after havjng duly held
and conducted such. public bearing to consider said proposed
change of zone or zones, and after havin received evidence
and reports from persons interested thin; and.
W=EAS, within a period of forty (0) days following
the hearing thereon, the Plannino Commission did. duly announce
by formal resolution its findings of facts and declar its
opinions and reasons for recommending dcnial of said proposed
change in 10 boundaries of the zone or zons hereinafter mention.-

WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation.

bearing and did oive all persons interestd therein an oppor-

did thereupon consider the recomendations of the City Planninc
Commission; and

the property and area proposed to be changed from the zone in
which it is 0011 situated to a different zonc, as hereinafter set
forth, is more suitable for the zone or zones to which it is
proposed to change said prope;rty and area and that the inclusion
of said property and area lo such new zone or zones will increase
the value of said property and ara and will not depreciate the
values of property in adjoining zones.

the City of Anheil that all of the property and area situatd
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows, to wit:
The East 316.50 feet of the North 257.00 feet
of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter

the City Attornoy, which restrictions shall

Anaheim such as curbs and guttcrs, sidewalks, street
(Trading and paving, drainage facilities, or other an-
urtenant wor; be complied with as required by the
City Engineer and in accordancc with standard plans
and specifications on file in the Cif ice of tae City
Engineer; and (b) that a bond in an amount form
satisfactory to tho City of Anaheim be posted with the
City to guarantee the installation of said enginserine
requirements, and the construction of the 6-foot wall
mentionad in Condition 7J(1). 5 hereof.
