A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SE1 PURPOSES: AND
�i SCI TDING RESOLUTION NO. 618.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer nurnoses
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha.s offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the'benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of SANTA 1\1A VALLEY TRRTGATTON
COMPANY, a California corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for sewer purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for sewer purposes over, under and
across that portion of Lot 13, of the J. D. Taylor
Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Rook 36,
Page 58 of '_iscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County.
Beginning at a point, said point being; the inter-
section of the centerline of Jefferson Street and
Santa. Ana Canyon Road; thence South 71 10 1 33"
East 472.98 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence South 38°16'50" East 68.29 feet; thence
North 73 L.3 1 12" East 14.54 feet; thence North.
31 56'4S" West L feet; thence North 71
West 34.0)4 feet to the true point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim
the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
RESOLUTION NO. 6158 is hereby rescinded.
